Who are the people behind radiometry?

The radiometry package is currently developed and maintained by [[https://www.till-biskup.de/|Till Biskup]], a scientist with a strong background in [[https://www.reproducible-research.de/|reproducible research]], working currently at the German National Metrology Institute, the [[https://www.ptb.de/|Physikalisch-Technische Bundesanstalt (PTB)]]. His scientific background is in spectroscopy, and he actively develops a series of Python packages for the processing and analysis of spectroscopic data, most prominently the [[https://docs.aspecd.de/|ASpecD framework]] and a series of packages derived from this package and dedicated to work with [[https://docs.cwepr.de/|cw-EPR]], [[https://docs.trepr.de/|tr-EPR]], and [[https://docs.uvvispy.de/|UV-vis]] data.
